A community centered Church open to all
At 8.30 and 10am we welcome the Right Reverend, Jo Bailey Wells, Bishop of Dorking to preside at our services and Christen baby George Adams. Spectrum Children’s group will meet as usual during the 10am service in the Parish Room
MESSY CHURCH CHRISTMAS SPECIAL
Messy Church is for children of any age with their parents and carers, and involves craft and other activities and age-appropriate worship in church followed by a simple meal. Everyone is welcome to join this congregation of friendly people and find out how worshipping Jesus can be really “messy!!”
Great to welcome so many to our Christingle service (Christingle means Light of Christ). Our offering went to the work of The Children’s Society to support them in their campaign to help children who need care, security and support to look forward to Christmas for the very first time.
Jesus had some of his ground breaking conversations over food. St Paul’s does food well and on Sunday 5 August we enjoyed our summer BBQ in the Church Garden. Great conversation, new friends made, old friendships enriched, garden games, family fun …. all in pretty much 30+ degrees heat! Thank you God. More pics on facebook
